Do you ship worldwide and how much does shipping cost?
Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer all customers both domestic and international shipping with tracking. Shipping is free and there’s no VAT. We want your experience to be simple and efficient—just the way it should be.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Shipping and delivery times
- USA: 7-12 business days
- Priority USA: 5-9 business days
- Europe: 7-12 business days
- Priority Europe: 3-7 business days
- International orders: 10-14 business days

Processing times
Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed before shipping. We do not process or ship orders on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received an email, or if your tracking number isn’t working, don’t worry! Just reach out to us and we’ll sort it out for you.

Unexpected Delays
In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected. Most delays are due to international customs clearance, which is beyond our control. If your package is taking too long to arrive, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds

Return Guidelines
- Returns are valid within 21 days of purchase.
- Any discounts applied to your original order will be recalculated upon return.
